Full Job Description
Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Manager to act as the single point of contact for nominated schools from within our Swindon portfolio of PFI contracts. In this role you will oversee all aspects of building functions under a Total FM contract and be well-versed in facilities management processes, exhibiting high multitasking and organisational abilities. You will be joining our Total FM team based in Swindon. The Total FM team provides integrated asset management and maintenance services across the education, leisure, corporate, health and living sectors to ensure facilities operate at their best.,
- Provide direct line management and leadership to cleaning supervisors.
- Support the Senior Site Controllers management of rota's, non-attendance, return to work interviews and disciplinary procedures.
- Develop training documentation and workshops and ensure all staff receive appropriate training and development including a documented annual review
- Ensure Risk Assessments / Method Statements are in place for all Pinnacle / Sub Contractor activities in schools for which you are responsible
- Ensure most appropriate equipment and techniques are being used and advise on new techniques or equipment that may increase productivity or performance.
- Establish and the ensure health and safety requirements / plans are documented, maintained and adhered to collaborate and co-operate with work colleagues, school representatives and users of the school's facilities to deliver a customer focused service. Key requirements
- Previous experience of Facilities Management (PFI would be an advantage)
- IOSH, NEBOSH or similar health and safety qualifications.
- BIC's qualified (or something similar)
- Experience and understanding of CAFM Asset Management packages.
