Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and diverse team dedicated to supplying acute, critical compounded medicines to the NHS and other healthcare organisations. As a key NHS supplier, we operate on a reactive basis, ensuring patients receive the care they need when they need it most.

Why You'll Love This Role:

You'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our final products, directly contributing to patient care. You'll collaborate with a broad range of internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the smooth and compliant operation of two sets of GMP cleanrooms and the general facility. You'll gain hands-on experience with the latest disinfection and compounding and environmental control technologies in the aseptic compounding industry. You have direct input on the design of industry leading equipment. What You'll Do:

Oversee the operation and maintenance and acute repair of all GMP and non-GMP facilities and equipment. Work with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant facility environment. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for facilities operation and maintenance. Liaise with and supervise external contractors performing work onsite. Manage and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for outsourced services. Problem-solve under pressure, considering GMP environment requirements and risks to product quality. Oversee day to day running and maintenance of the non-manufacturing areas of the facility. What You'll Have

Proven experience in a facilities role within the pharmaceutical, food, or healthcare industries. Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. What it would be great for you to have:

Experience with HVACs and/or project Management and/or understanding of controlled manufacturing environments. Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 6 Overnight shifts and 2 Saturdays per year
