Full Job Description

The duties within each function will be set out in the relevant job schedules. The assignment of these duties will meet the priority needs and demands of the service as identified by the manager/supervisor. The post-holder will therefore be expected to take a flexible approach to their duties, and must also be able to cover rosters.

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are committed to enhancing the patient & customer experience, therefore you must have a passion for providing a high level of customer service.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given., The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

We currently have 5 vacant posts which are 20 hours per week. The hours are 5pm - 9pm Monday to Friday.
