Full Job Description

We are recruiting for a Facilities Operative (cleaning) at Deal Hospital, working 30 hours per week on a 3 weekrota pattern, 2 weekends out of 3, shifts between 0745 to 1415 and 1430 to 2100. Experience is welcome though not essential. A full induction and training programme will be applied at the start of your journey with us., This is primarily a hands-on cleaning position where you will learn all the back-ground skills and knowledge to enable you to complete the role, e.g. enhanced and periodic clean training, National Cleaning standards, completion of paperwork, equipment training and waste management. Please note, this vacancy does not meet the criteria for skilled worker sponsorship. Your hourly rate in this role will be £12.08. Weekend, Bank Holiday and unsociable working hours (8pm - 6am) will attract an enhanced hourly pay . Some of our benefits include:
