What you'll do:

  • Take full ownership of an assigned building, ensuring 5-star customer service for all users.

  • Oversee the availability of food and beverages in a clean, hygienic environment, restocking as needed.

  • Act as the primary contact for customers regarding facilities and catering services, building strong relationships.

  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental procedures, addressing any safety issues promptly.

  • Monitor and maintain kitchen consumables, stationery hubs, and multifunctional printing devices, reporting faults to the appropriate service team.

    Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key

  • A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service

  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook)

  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
