Full Job Description
We are looking for a confident, flexible applicant to work as part of the Trust Facilities Team, the post holder will supervise the Housekeeping and Rapid Response Teams on a daily basis, maintaining a clean, safe environment for our patients, staff and visitors.
To work as a supervisor to coordinate and support the housekeeping department
Potential job share 37.5hpw to be discussed at interview. This is over a 7 day rota
Shifts may include early, late shifts, weekends, bank holidays and night cover. Rotating shifts are also a future possibility
Flexibility will be needed to cover shifts when required., Motivating and supporting the Team in the provision of a high quality service, holding team meetings and maintaining mandatory training and appraisal compliance., + The healthcare provider of first choice for the people of East Sussex.
