Facilities Team Leader

The Facilities Team Leader is responsible for proactively managing and developing the Reception and Facilities Administration Team. You will manage the Health and Safety administration across the business with specific responsibility for maintaining standards and reporting, adherence to safety regulations in the workplace and health and safety legislation compliance.

• Be able to lead, motivate and develop the team.


• Be responsible for all general reception activity with strong administrative skills.


• Have good IT skills, including good working knowledge of Microsoft applications.


• Excellent communication and experience working as part of a team.


• Ability to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, initiative and decision-making ability.


• Strong attention to detail, interpreting information and make appropriate recommendations.


• Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills.


• Carry out Health and Safety assessments (an IOSH qualification is essential, NEBOSH would be desirable).
