Full Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Team Leader to join our busy team within Facilities and based at Royal Glamorgan Hospital. The position will involve contributing to the provision of healthcare for the Cwm Taf Morgnnwg University Health Board (CTMUHB) by delivering a support services which meets all organisational and legislative standards and support the Facilities Unit commitment to a safety and quality services framework., The Team Leader will provide professional guidance and lead a team of supervisors and staff responsible for service delivery, quality and monitoring and improving efficiency within the Facilities Departments and at ward and department level at community hospital and healthcare settings. The post holder will operate as first line manager for specific services namely; Catering, Housekeeping and Porter Services ensuring that services are delivered to agreed specification, resources are adequate and available, staffing levels are maintained.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
