As a Joiner, you will be responsible for assembling and installing timber products such as doors, windows, and staircases ensuring they meet high-quality standards. You will play an important role in the success of our construction projects by using your technical skills and attention to detail to ensure finished products are both functional and visually appealing. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is passionate about construction. Responsibilities

  • Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, such as doors, frames, floors, and ceilings
  • Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials accurately based on project requirements
  • Install cabinets and counters, repair furniture, and assemble prefabricated structures
  • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure items are built to specifications and quality standards
  • Maintain an organized and safe work environment
  • Work collaboratively with other tradespeople, both on-site and off-site
  • Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and in safe working condition

    3+ years of experience in the construction industry as a Joiner
  • Extensive knowledge of woodworking techniques and tools
  • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
  • Skilled in measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling wood, plastic, and other materials
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Health and safety awareness and compliance, including working at heights and using power tools safely
