Full Job Description

East Suffolk and North Essex Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a Faculty Administrator.

Working within the multi professional education team, the medical team supports the educational activities of all undergraduate and postgraduate medical education.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, approachable and highly motivated individual to join the team to provide reception duties and administrative support.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to support training events and attendees is essential as is the ability to demonstrate open, friendly and approachable behaviour.

Interviews will be held on Friday, 13th September

To support the delivery of the administrative duties that advises and supports the College Tutors in the delivery of the training scheme.

To organise and support the delivery of Faculty Development Days, and keeping an up-to-date list of all supervisors across the Trust, with some cross-site working required.

They will also assist the multi professional education team in ensuring the implementation of training across the Trust supports the organisation and staff in meeting its business and service needs.

Work independently, autonomously and act extensively on own initiative to co-ordinate, organise, and deliver a responsive, innovative, and high quality service to support local service areas to make improvements in both the learning environment and quality of learning for trainee doctors across Colchester Hospital and Ipswich Hospital.
