Full Job Description

Are you looking to join a friendly, dynamic team that plays a vital role in supporting medical and dental training and education across the Southwest? We are seeking a Faculty Development and Learner Support (FDLS) Officer with strong organizational and communication skills to provide comprehensive administrative support. While this role primarily serves the Faculty and Learner Support team, it may also involve collaboration with the broader medical and dental workforce teams as needed. You will also need to be able to work with a range of diverse people at different levels and on a regular basis., The FDLS Officer will perform a variety of administrative tasks across the FDLS team, requiring flexibility and adaptability.,

  • Ensuring data accuracy and value for money in reporting, NHS England hold a Sponsor Licence; this means that we may be able to sponsor you providing the Home Office requirements are met. To be eligible for sponsorship through the Skilled Worker route you'll usually need to be paid the 'standard' salary rate of at least £38,700 per year, or the 'going rate' for your job, whichever is higher.     Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attentive listening abilities
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in Excel, Outlook, and website updates
