Full Job Description

The Faculty Education Services Manager is responsible for leading the programme administration and faculty education services within the Faculty of Health & Medicine. You will be part of a collaborative professional services team that puts student and staff experience at the heart of our operations.

You will directly manage a team of professional colleagues and provide leadership and support for teams across our three academic divisions to deliver high quality programme administration. To do this, you will work with members of our academic leadership team and professional services colleagues across the University.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced educational administration manager with knowledge of sector issues and trends and who can demonstrate real impact and contribution. Creativity will be key, as will the ability to develop positive, productive and supportive working relationships. The ability to make a significant contribution to strategic change management projects and lead teams through change is essential.
