Full Job Description

The above services are extremely complex and we are seeking an enthusiastic organised individual to work within an existing team to continue to support our patients who are referred into the hospital eye services from primary care and organise timely treatments, diagnostic investigations and follow-up appointments for patients already on specialist pathways of care. This is crucial in order to optimize the individual patient's visual outcome, ensuring quality care and clinical safety., You must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and work well autonomously as well as part of a team. Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills are essential requirements of this post together with previous database management and good levels of IT knowledge.
