Family Hub Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified professional to join our Social and Healthcare team in Staffordshire. This role focuses on supporting adults who need assistance with their financial wellbeing., Provide emergency drop-in support to vulnerable households, addressing financial wellbeing concerns.
Leverage experience working with vulnerable individuals, ensuring safeguarding protocols are followed.
Deliver face-to-face workshops in family hubs and community settings, focusing on budgeting and financial wellbeing.
Identify individuals in need and help them access their financial entitlements.
Map out and maintain a comprehensive database of national and local support services.
Keep accurate records of interventions to showcase impact and outcomes.
Collaborate with community partners to promote and actively engage residents in available support services.
Plan and manage your time effectively to deliver consistent and efficient support.
Refer individuals to additional services when further needs are identified.

Proven experience working with vulnerable adults in a financial or wellbeing capacity.
Familiarity with safeguarding practices and procedures.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Experience in delivering workshops and community engagement activities.
