Family Law (Hybrid Working)

Are you a Family Law Solicitor or CILEX looking for a role in east Kent which offers home/remote working 2 days a week?

Our client is an established and reputable solicitors practice with three high street offices offering a range of legal services to local clients including matrimonial law, property law and probate/private client work.

Joining a team of 3 Family/Matrimonial lawyers the successful individual will be based at the firms Dover office dealing with a range of Family work including Financial settlements, Divorce, Childrens matters including TOLATA, Pre-marital agreements and Cohabitation agreements. Individuals with specific experience handling Finance issues including assessment of maintenance and the division of property and assets including savings and pensions would be preferred.

Candidates will ideally have/be working towards "The Law Society's Family Law Accreditation Scheme" or/and to be a "Member of Resolution".
