Family Solicitor

The successful candidate will have the option to work at either their Preston or Lancaster head office, together with working from home (hybrid). You will handle a mixture of private family cases, including private children matters, divorce and financial Remedy cases. You will be familiar with dealing with drafting agreements including pre/post nuptial agreements. Your client base will be nationwide due to the firm s geographical reach.

Our clients Family Department is expanding, and they are seeking to employ a full time Family Solicitor, from newly qualified up to 8 years PQE.,

• Have solid advocacy experience in the family courts
• Have fantastic communication skills and be able to explain the complexities of the law to lay clients with ease
• Have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding your billing/time recording targets
• Provide a good reference from your employer
• Experience of TOLATA/Cohabitee cases (Desirable)
• Resolution membership (Desirable)
• Experience of international family law (Desirable)
• Law Society family/advanced family accredited (Desirable)
