Our client, a well-established legal practice in Northampton, is seeking a dedicated Family Law Solicitor to join their Family Law Team. With a strong commitment to professional growth, our client provides genuine scope for a challenging yet rewarding career, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact., As a Family Law Solicitor, you will handle a range of family law matters, including but not limited to:

  • Divorce: Managing divorce proceedings from initiation to conclusion, ensuring clients are well-informed and supported throughout.
  • Property and Finances: Providing expert advice on financial settlements and property matters, working toward favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Children Issues: Representing clients in matters concerning child arrangements, including residence and contact.
  • Trusts of Land: Advising clients on property trusts and land-related issues.
  • Pre/Post-Nuptial and Cohabitation Agreements: Drafting and advising on pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements.
  • Non-Molestation Applications: Handling cases involving domestic violence or harassment, providing sensitive and effective representation.

    Qualified Family Law Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE up to Senior Associate level.
  • Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently, from initial instruction through to conclusion.
  • For candidates at the senior level, experience mentoring and providing guidance to junior solicitors or team members is preferred.
  • Strong client-handling skills, with an empathetic approach and a dedication to providing high-quality service.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
