Full Job Description

These posts would be suitable for an individual with the required experience and qualification who is hoping to get back into work. If you are available to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 7pm, this is an ideal opportunity for you. The Service promotes quality Family Time between children and young people who reside within the care of the local authority and their families,

  • To support the ongoing relationship building between the child and their family.
  • To organise supervise, record and assess child Family Time with the needs and safety of the child as the paramount concern.
  • To work as part of a team, carrying out and developing the duties and responsibilities of this post, liaising with parents/carers and professionals to ensure that Family Time meets the changing needs of children and families that reside within Lincolnshire.

    A good understanding of child development, attachment, separation and risk management together with a working knowledge of domestic abuse, drug and alcohol misuse would be a distinct advantage.
  • The role requires you to work across various locations, therefore the use of a car and a current clean driving licence are essential. This post is subject to an enhanced criminal records check (DBS) check. NVQ Level 3 is required in Health and Social Care or related equivalent., In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
