Farm and Estate Technician

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

£26,489 – £28,269 per annum. 

We are seeking to recruit an ambitious, motivated and conscientious technician to join the College's Farm and Estate team. This is a great opportunity for an individual to join a progressive team applying modern production practices in the management of the farm and estate operations. The successful individual will have the opportunity to significantly shape their role and the enterprises that they are involved with, with the support of the Head of Easton Estate, so if you have the ability to problem solve and innovate then this could be the role for you. 

We are looking for the following key qualities: an enthusiastic attitude, creative problem solver and logical approach to challenges which when combined with high expectations for safety, cleanliness and presentation will support the team in achieving the standards we expect.  

A solid practical knowledge of Agricultural systems and livestock production are essential for this post, along with operational experience of modern farm machinery.
