Ensure farm produces chicken to the highest welfare standards
Ensure that site staff carry out their duties to Company procedures
Ensure that farm that you are responsible for performs to set targets
Ensure feed programmes are adhered to
Check weighing is carried out correctly and within tolerances set
Farm meet the required standards as laid down by our customers
Staff and contractors meet all Health & Safety standards
Ensure that all Bio-Security rules are adhered to at all time
Contractors fulfil their duties within the procedures laid down by the Company
Farm comply with IPPC regulations
To comply with all testing and medication regimes as set by our veterinary practice
Inform Planning/Senior Management of any issues that may affect the performance
Ensure farm are adequately staffed and employ where required with HR support
Ensure handover from Brood Manager is smooth and raise any concerns immediately

Health & Safety awareness/IOSH Managing Safely
NVQ Level 3 in poultry production
First Aid trained
Veterinary experience (to be supported)
Environmental awareness
Excel skills
