Farm Operations Manager

Finefarm is a large, traditional mixed farm that combines time-honoured values with modern technology and methods. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to help grow and enhance our family-run business, striving for consistent award-winning excellence while prioritizing profitability and environmental sustainability.

The successful candidate will take on a broad working manager role, integrating with the current arable and dairy managers. Ideally, you will be highly IT literate and possess PA1 and PA2 qualifications, along with strong skills and interest in arable farming to support our 700 ha arable and forage production operations. Familiarity with Gatekeeper and JD Operation Centre or similar software will be beneficial. An active interest in livestock is also preferred to ensure seamless integration with our 750-cow technologically advanced dairy and associated youngstock operations.
