Farms Office Administrator

The Wold and White Rose farms administration function are based in Hessle (Hull), with farms located in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, and the Midlands. Part of industry leading food producer Cranswick plc and due to business expansion, an exciting new opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join the busy feed administration team at the Hessle site. The main purpose of the role is to effectively and efficiently complete administrative duties within the farms feed team, this is a great opportunity for the right person to join a growing business with a bright future.,

• Daily Wold feed ordering - taking calls, placing orders, day to day feed admin.
• Monitoring ration changes and helping farms manage feed levels.
• Assist with farms weekly data processing and associated feed ordering processes.
• Assist with other general Wold Farms administrative tasks when required.
• Cover Wold Farm tasks in the absence of other members of the team
• Cover holidays within the team
• Contribute to KPIs in quality and customer service.
• Be available when required for emergency out of hours help alongside other members of the feed team.
  
  Be confident and friendly, whilst maintaining a professional approach
• Have experience of working within a busy office environment
• Have excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Provide outstanding customer service and be computer literate.
• Have the ability to use your own initiative and maintain confidentiality when appropriate.
• Be flexible to provide cover when required.
