Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Fast Responder with a friendly and positive "can do" attitude, to join our Maintenance Team.
You will perform work of a routine nature which involves varied tasks including, but not limited to, replacing lamps, tubes and electrical ballasts, repairs of a minor nature including basic plumbing tasks and assisting with unblocking drains, cleaning of ventilation grills, assisting with water flushing tasks, changing of showerheads and hoses and Air Handling Unit filter changes.
You will be responsible for minor repairs and routine planned maintenance activities on Mechanical, Electrical and Building fabrics as directed by management. You will also take instructions from the radio controller to attend and repair minor reactive jobs of a mechanical and electrical nature. You will be a part of the rota to manage the radio control desk, issuing work to the fast response team via the CAFM system., Performs work of a routine nature.
Responsible for minor repairs and routine planned maintenance activities on Mechanical, Electrical and Building fabrics as directed by management.
Ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures.
Taking all safety measures to prevent danger, avoid injury and prevent damage to equipment.
