Full Job Description

In this role, you'll be joining our Plan to Perform/EPM Team as an FCCS Technical Lead. This team serves as a bridge between Finance and Technology to meet the reporting requirements of the Group Financial Reporting Team. Areas of focus will be:

  • Ensuring all approved requirements and changes are supported.
  • Ensuring correct tooling standards are being followed as well as automation of operational tasks.
  • Supporting Compliance, Security Controls and Risk Management.
  • Continuously review operating metrics and data to identify opportunities to improve., Delivery of the FCCS solution
  • Support the project manager
  • Ensure sound Solution Architecture is in compliance with LSEG requirements
  • Must interact with Group Financial Report team to establish and verify requirements.
  • Work with other members of the FCCS development team to deliver on these requirements and ensure a successful SIT.
  • Facilitate UAT by answering queries and resolving issues.
  • Participate in Hypercare and ensure a successful handover to the BAU post go live.

    At least two full lifecycle implementations of FCCS
  • Familiarity with the tasks required for a statutory monthly close
  • FCCS Solution Architecture
  • Awareness of best practice
  • EPM Automate
  • Essbase scripting and MaxL
  • Groovy scripting
  • Reports development
  • Integration (Fusion for data, EDM for Masterdata)
  • Setting up approval units and assigning to the hierarchy
  • Ability to converse with finance and interpret requirements
  • Ability to understand a functional design
  • Extensive experience in data reconciliation and analysis
  • Design the user workflow
  • Ability to set up validations and approvals
  • Performance optimisation
  • Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Current FCCS certification would be ideal
  • Prior work with HFM or OneStream would be preferred
  • DRM and EDM
  • Narrative Reporting
