• Running all Sales Support procedures for FIC & Repo Sales centrally including Sales deck management
• Being responsible to act as SalesCloud ambassador for Clients & Markets to ensure proper process setup, sales cloud statistics, ongoing SalesCloud improvements required by Sales Managers
• Maintenance of Outsourcing agrements within Clients & Markets
• Running projects outside the genuine Sales tasks
• Data Ownership for relevant sales activities
• Acting as interface for Analytics, Pricing & Collateral (U) for regular and adhoc stats reporting
• KYC process owner
• Maintenance and enhancement of website content
• Deliver consistency and co-ordination across client presentations and sales materials
• Oversee senior management reporting and data handling/analysis conducted by interns
Qualifications/required skills
• University degree in business administration, finance, or comparable education within a relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of OTC, Listed Derivatives and Repo
• Experience with or knowledge of CCP clearing services in multiples asset classes
• Solid command of MS Office, SQL, Qlik, Zeppeling, Power BI
• Proven abilities to work as part of a team and in collaborative approach towards target achievement
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, additional languages would be an advatange.
