Join our progressive and evolving team, where we work together to promote and enable this ambitious and aspirational cultural, take on the challenge of ensuring we have the right systems in place to support our schools., As our Fees Department Administrator, you'll collaborate with a supportive team and directly engage with GDST school staff and parents. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact, playing a pivotal role in our Fees Department, crucial in handling school fees processing.

  • Meticulously inputting data for pupil database changes, ensuring accuracy in new entrants, leavers, and promotions.
  • Updating and managing our billing database, including changes in contact details and exemptions.
  • Crafting and dispatching correspondence regarding amended accounts and handling Nursery queries.
  • Overseeing the administration of GDST-wide correspondence, such as annual Fee review letters and welcome/goodbye communications to families.
  • Providing administrative support through phone and email correspondence, assisting with termly billing, and other related duties.

    We need a self-assured, proactive individual who thrives on taking ownership and completing tasks within tight deadlines. Your attention to detail must be second to none, coupled with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, coupled with prior experience in customer service and administration in a commercial setting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, excellent time management, and top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to handle challenging timeframes, take ownership, and prioritise effectively.
