Female Personal Care Assistant needed to support a 15 year old girl with complex needs, who uses a wheelchair, in the Framwellgate Moor area of Durham., Transfers to and from wheelchair, assisting with toileting, showering and personal care,preparing snacks and food, assisting with feeding, medication, accompanying client to social activities and assisting and engaging in hobbies., Services
