Female Support Worker - Rosendale, Lydstep - £11.60 to £12.00 per hour - Full Time : 43.4 hours per week - Part Time : 18 / 24 / 30 hours per week (Working 10am - 4pm or 11am - 5pm) Plus an annual location allowance of £1500 This role requires a drivers license We're a leading organisation dedicated to provide exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism and we're looking for female Support Workers to join our amazing team in Rosendale. Please note this role is designated for female applicants only in accordance the specific need of the individuals being supported and therefore exempt form the Equality act 2010. Located in Lydstep, with views of the sea and the rolling Pembrokeshire hills, Rosendale offers a calm, supportive and homely living environment for up to six adults from the age of 18. In the main house are four en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge, a teaching area and a kitchen / dining area. In additional to this is a 2-bed self-contained flat. At Rosendale fun knows no bounds, beach days are a favourite, along with cinema trips & swimming adventures. We are always on the go - The adventure never ends!   • Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
