Pay rate:£14.00 per hour (weekly pay)Shift Pattern:21.00 to 9.00 (7 nights per week)Location:GainsboroughRequirements:UK driver's license & own vehicle.Unfortunately we cannot provideVISAsponsorshipand we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based in the Gainsborough area.We are thrilled to offer a rewarding opportunity for an outgoing person that will interact with a 2.5-year-old little girl, she does have very complex clinical interventions but still a little girl that wants love and attention. This girl requires tracheostomy and ventilation support overnight.This is a complex role, therefore applicants should be confident/have some experience with at least some of the above.If you are resilient, reliable, empathetic and looking for a role that truly makes a difference to someone else's life then we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Workers cover all manners of support for others - from companionship and days out, to personal care and
housekeeping. The main responsibilities are below:Trachy care and managementPEG care - feeds via feed machineMedication administrationPersonal care including pad changes and Skin integrityCPAP via vent and Oxygen administration and managementPhysiotherapySkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseExperience with Trachy paediatric.Enteral feeding.Childhood developmentComplex care CPAPEssential:Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring careStrong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocolsEmpathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of supportFlexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamWillingness to undergo additional training and development as requiredBenefitsAccess to Westfield Rewards - an exclusive rewards website, special offers on all your favourite goods and services from over 1,000 leading online and high street retailers, restaurants, travel companiesAccess to Westfield
