Full Job Description
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 4 pm till 5.30 pm I am a lady in my early 80's who has early onset of Dementia but I am unaware of the full diagnosis because I have requested not to be informed of this. Advantage would be someone with experience of Dementia and but more importantly someone who knows how to speak to a person with this and will speak to me normally because I am able to fully understand everything. Chatty and independent lovely lady who is able to care for myself personally but I do need a daily leg wipe and then cream applied to my legs. I am mainly looking for someone to do a welfare check on me to ensure I have taken my medication and had enough to drink and to help me with my evening meal. Looking for a person who can interact well and who likes to have a chat and will sit with me for some social activities within in my home and eventually maybe out in the community. With the help of a good network of people checking up on me this has allowed me to remain independent in my own home. Employer Disability and Health Conditions
