Full Job Description

I am a young adult with Autism and learning disabilities. I enjoy going to the cinema and if I like the film, I will see it a few times. I enjoy going to cafes for a drink and a piece of cake and out for meals. I also enjoy listening to music, watching TV and going for walks around the shops or out local village. I can be very anxious around new people and may not talk for a while. So, until I get to know someone and feel safe and comfortable with you the work will be repetitive so it will involve us going to the same places until I have built a good trusting relationship with you. I like lively, fun, outgoing personalities but also need someone that can take control of situations. We have a Labrador dog at home, and he will be around when we are at home. I am very anxious around other dogs and don't like them barking. During college times the work will be mainly weekend work and the times will be flexible. When I am not at college then it will be a Monday, Wednesday and Friday 08.15 till 14.00 including weekend again will be flexible times. Employer Disability and Health Conditions
