Responsibilities & Duties

We are a large Care company that still manages to maintain that warm family feel, with great support networks to include regular supervision, coaching, and mentoring for our staff. We keep our homes small for that personal touch and to ensure a person-centered approach for each person that lives with us. Honeybourne is a registered care home with 21 beds and the people residing with us receive support from our friendly kind staff team, we would love you to join the team. Honeybourne is set over 2 units. The house where the service users needs are more residential but still require full support in all areas. The Bungalow is a nursing unit where there is a nurse on shift 24/7. The service users needs are more complex and also require support in all areas. Responsibilities and Duties

Our staff, support adults with mental ill-health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment, including supporting with daily living skill development, personal care, community-based activities, and working with some behaviors which may present as challenging.

Our clients require care 24/7 therefore weekend work is required but a shared responsibility to give you some free weekend time, this ensures our clients always receive the support that they need. Shifts are 7.5 hours and we are looking for part-time applicants as well as full-time (37.5 hours per week)
