Full Job Description

We are looking for 2 part time Female Night Support Workers in Portsmouth who share our values and are committed to support people to live the life they want. In Orkney, we support nine ladies in their own home aged in their 20's - 60's who are really active and enjoy a range of activities.

The role may involve tasks such as:

  • Carrying out "keeping safe checks" at regular intervals to ensure the people we support are safe and comfortable.

  • Ensure that the environment is clean and sanitary.

  • You will keep written records, using IT systems as required to help you including support plans, incident log and health and safety records.

  • Creating a calm therapeutic environment for the people we support.

  • Supporting people to make the most of their late evenings / nights when they wish to

  • Provide personal care when required.

    Shift Patterns - 10pm - 7am,
