Fence Erector

Our main yard is in Rushden, Northants - please ensure you can easily commute to this location on a daily basis for loading etc.

All materials provided. Vehicle and Fuel will also be provided.

Ongoing full time consistent work across housebuilders around the regions.

Installation of timber and metal fencing products and associated extras including gates, sheds etc. Site boundary fencing also.

Must have proven experience in volume fencing on housebuilding sites

CSCS card required

SSSTS certificate will be an advantage or we will offer you this certificate once onboard.

Full UK Driving Licence Required

Good Pay rates/bonuses per meter

Daily Tasks:
- Measure and mark fence lines according to specifications
- Dig post holes using hand tools or power equipment
- Set posts in concrete or other specified materials- Installation of all standard fence types (FE, CB, Knee Rail, Post and Rail, Post and Heras, Concrete Post and Panel)
- Install and secure fence panels, gates, and other components
- Cut and shape materials as needed to fit the fence design
- Repair or replace damaged or worn fence parts
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment

Previous experience as a fence erector or similar role is essential
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Proficient in using hand tools and power equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and installations
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during installation or repairs
