Full Job Description

The overall purpose of this role is to carrying out repairs and improvement works and provide general labouring duties replating to fencing and responsive repairs.,

  • Providing general labouring duties to the responsive repairs fencing team for occupied and void properties.
  • To plan, coordinate, and undertake delivery of materials and/or trade operatives to and from sites for larger projects.
  • Carrying out minor repair tasks linked to fencing and maintenance work, for which you have the required skills, knowledge, and experience.

    A good understanding of health and safety, and how it applies to you in your role.
  • The ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers to resolve queries and issues.
  • The ability to use modern communication technologies and IT.
  • A full, clean driving licence.
