Festive Retail Assistants

We have various part-time contracts available with a variety of shift patterns. Flexibility will be required as our village is open 365 days of the year, so you may need to be able to work some evenings and weekends on a rota basis. Shifts can start from 8.45am.

We are looking for a team of Festive Retail Assistants, who love the spirit of Christmas and will help deliver the magic to our guests., You will have a confident, kind and happy nature, along with plenty of enthusiasm. You will be confident taking ownership of guest queries or issues, ensuring that they are served in a friendly and efficient manner. You will also be able to engage with and build a rapport with people of all ages.,

• Ability to perform under pressure
Desirable requirements:
• Previous experience of working in a customer service environment, ideally within a retail environment
