Full Job Description

Who you'll work with You will report into the Head of Market Access & External Engagement for the UK & Ireland What you'll do
- Develop & lead a high-performing Field Access Team: Develop a vision of field access in line with UCB's UK & Ireland strategies. Coach, lead and manage the Field Access function and team, driving a partnering mindset.
- Partner with BUs across UCB to ensure excellence in customer engagement across Access, Pricing, External Engagement, Commercial and Medical at sub-national /account level, to drive impact and value to our customers and UCB
- Develop and maintain high quality relationships with key external stakeholders at sub-national level i.e. ICB/S; as well as groups involved in sub-national access such as Health Improvement Networks (formerly AHSNs); RMOCs; Regional Spec comm teams
- Supporting UCBs Market Access capability; with your team be the internal experts on the sub-national access & NHS environment sharing knowledge in ways that will make everyone more successful at their day-to-day activities, Are you ready to 'go beyond' to create value and make your mark for patients? - Bachelor's degree required
- People management & coaching

- Detailed understanding of the NHS, its structure & sub-national access processes
- Strong analytical skills & ability to interrogate data
- Problem Solving with the Ability to work unsupervised and to take the initiative when needed
