The role involves regular and frequent travel to client's homes and could include some evenings and weekends., As a Field Care Manager, you will be responsible for conducting client assessments, managing care plans, and ensuring our services meet compliance with CQC regulations. You will liaise with the operational team, build relationships with clients and their families, address concerns, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
