Field Care Manager - North West Region

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Field Care Manager to oversee the delivery of a high standard of home care services in the North West region, including North Wales, Liverpool, Stoke, and surrounding areas., As a Field Care Manager, your responsibilities will include conducting client assessments, managing care plans, and ensuring our services meet CQC compliance. You will be required to build relationships with clients and their families, address concerns, and update their care needs. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. The role involves regular and frequent travel to client's homes and could include some evenings and weekends.
