The organization is seeking a passionate and dedicated Field Care Manager to oversee the delivery of a high standard of home care services in the North West region, including North Wales, Liverpool, Manchester, Stoke, and surrounding areas., As a Field Care Manager, you will be responsible for conducting client assessments, developing and reviewing personalized care plans, liaising with the operational team, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, building relationships with clients and their families, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. The role involves regular and frequent travel to clients' homes and may include some evenings and weekends.
