They are looking for a passionate and dedicated Field Care Manager to oversee the delivery of a high standard of home care services in the North West region, including North Wales, Liverpool, Manchester, Stoke and surrounding areas., As a Field Care Manager, your responsibilities will include conducting client assessments, developing and reviewing personalized care plans, liaising with the operational team, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, building relationships with clients and their families, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
