Field Care Manager - West Midlands Region

The organization is seeking a passionate and dedicated Field Care Manager to oversee the delivery of a high standard of home care services in the West Midlands region., The Field Care Manager will be responsible for conducting client assessments, managing care plans, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations. The role involves regular and frequent travel to client's homes and may include some evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will have experience in a supervisory/management role within health and social care, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a full UK driving license.
