The role involves conducting client assessments, managing care plans, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations., The Field Care Manager will be responsible for developing and reviewing personalized care plans, liaising with the operational team on performance issues and training needs, ensuring services meet CQC standards, building relationships with clients and their families, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. The role requires regular travel to client homes and may involve some evening and weekend work.
