Field Care Supervisor

We are looking for four dedicated Field Care Supervisors across Kent to join our dynamic team and support the growing demand for our specialised complex care services., As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll work with the Nurse Manager who will support you to oversee the care of a small caseload of clients with diverse complex care needs, who require interventions like ventilation, gastrostomy, and bowel management.

Your responsibilities will include inducting Care Assistants and Support Workers into their care packages, ensuring they possess the necessary clinical skills and receive relevant training to meet clients' needs.

You will work week will include clinical shifts of varying lengths (including one full weekend every six weeks) and supervisory duties for the remaining hours, primarily Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required.

Ultimately, your role as a Field Care Supervisor aims to guarantee that clients receive exceptional service from a well-trained, enthusiastic and compassionate team.
