Field Engineer

Your duties will include:
Visiting customer sites across the UK to install and service TrailerMaster products
Attending breakdowns on customer sites, diagnosing and rectifying issues
Arranging work permits, undergoing necessary health and safety training to work on third party sites
Liaising internally and with customers at all levels
Inventory management
Keeping up to date with latest product developments
Proactively sharing information and reporting issues
Completing all admin accurately and in a timely manner

Experience of working in one of the following areas:
Working on HGV trailers and commercial vehicles
Telematics, auto electronics or technical hardware
In depth understanding of vehicle wiring diagrams
Able to work on your own initiative, solve problems and communicate effectively
Take pride in your work, ensuring quality and accuracy
Excellent customer service skills, professional manner
Strong problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet
Full UK driving license
