Field Marketing Assistant

Are you looking to take your marketing career to the next level? We are currently seeking a Field Marketing Assistant to join the EMEA & ANZ marketing team at SHL. You will work closely with the field marketing team, regional sales, and other stakeholders to help deliver localized marketing initiatives that align with global strategies and business goals. The role needs strong organizational skills, creativity, and the aptitude to multitask.,

• Assist with the development and execution of field marketing campaigns that assist sales and brand awareness across EMEA & ANZ
• Assist the planning, promotion, and execution of virtual and in-person events such as trade shows, webinars, and conferences
• Help create event marketing collateral such as presentations, banners, and giveaways
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to create and direct social media activities in alignment with regional marketing campaigns
• Work closely with the regional sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and targets
• Monitor and review campaign performance data to recommend improvements
  
  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in field marketing or events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
Desirable:
• Experience in B2B marketing/ field marketing, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.
• Familiarity with Eloqua & SalesForce marketing automation & CRM systems
