Full Job Description

As a pivotal member of our dynamic marketing team, you'll lead the development and execution of local partner marketing initiatives. You'll work closely with our Commercial teams and cross-functional departments, using your creativity to craft marketing strategies that exceed business objectives.

Our partner ecosystem is central to our go-to-market strategy and overall success. By fostering open collaboration, you'll leverage the strengths of our partners, driving innovation across technology, people, and processes. This collaborative approach enables us to co-create effective solutions and gain the insights needed to address current IT challenges and capitalise on future opportunities.

Your role will be instrumental in executing programs, campaigns, and events that support both regional and global business plans. Work hand in hand with the UK and Ireland teams, as well as the wider Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) marketing teams to create marketing magic.

What you will do:

  • Take the lead in driving the partner ecosystem strategy with Commercial by owning the plan, to make an impact within your segment of the annual marketing plan.

  • Build key partner relationships and joint marketing plans that allow Red Hat to scale via its partner ecosystem. This includes aligning closely with regional partner business plans and managing Red Hat's compliance and approval process

  • Collaborate with both our internal and external stakeholders , tuning into their goals and objectives. Ensuring our messaging and branding groove together seamlessly, like your favourite playlist.

  • Enhance lead generation and boost customer engagement by adding your unique touch to creating engaging communications and experiences that connect Partners, Red Hat, and Customers. This includes everything from in-person and virtual events to vibrant social media highlights and compelling stories.

  • Be a key player in bridging our customers with our partner ecosystem through our flagship events. You'll be involved in everything from planning and creating sponsorship packages to facilitating follow-up conversations after the event.

  • Measure the effectiveness of our marketing activities . Review and track the ROI of all activities, optimizing spending like a financial wizard.

  • Generate reports on our key performance indicators . It's not just numbers; it's the roadmap to our marketing stardom and high-fives all around.

  • Grab the budget bull by the horns , keeping a watchful eye and ensuring we stay financially accountable.

  • Give that budget a good squeeze! It's not just about euros, pounds, cents, and pence; it's about optimizing and being smart with what you've got.

    Experience in Channel Marketing: Previous experience in partner or channel marketing is a must.

  • Demonstrate ability to work in a complex matrix environment

  • Proven expertise in crafting and executing high-impact digital and in-person lead generation initiatives with clear, measurable goals, coupled with strong event management skills including sponsorship management.

  • Local Market Knowledge: Essential knowledge and experience in the UK market; understanding of the Irish market is an added benefit.

  • Go-to-Market Tools: Strong grasp of tools and processes related to go-to-market campaigns.

  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated success in building relationships with sales management and collaborating on marketing program definitions and priorities while managing expectations for realistic outcomes.

  • Campaign Management: Proven track record of managing multiple successful campaigns within tight deadlines. Both digital and in-person.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Project Management: Exceptional project management skills.

  • Technical Proficiency: A good understanding of technical administration using marketing automation tools and platforms such as E2Open, Smartsheet, Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, Certain, and Eloqua is a plus.
