JLL is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager in our Markets Advisory business line, working as part of the wider UK Marketing team, reporting to the Business Lines Marketing Director in the UK Field Marketing function. UK Marketing sits within a combined marketing, PR, and communications team working in Central London. The team is responsible for providing strategic marketing direction and coordination across the UK business and providing hands-on marketing services to the regional and national business lines. This specific role supports the delivery of the marketing plans for our Markets Advisory business line, enabling the business to enhance its reputation, win market share and build and maintain profitable client relationships. This is an exciting, varied role within a busy professional services marketing team. The successful candidate will receive the necessary training that will enable them to enhance their experience and put their skills into practice by participating in the
delivery of our marketing programmes.

What this job involves

Develop and execute the marketing strategy using the full marketing mix across a varied segment of the Markets Advisory business line.

The role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in office between our Canary Wharf and Soho flagship offices.

Working with the teams to ensure the successful implementation of, but not limited to dedicated campaigns and programmes, webinars, client stories, marketing assets, digital content, landing pages and client events.

Support the business line Marketing Director in developing a cohesive marketing plan that supports the various business lines within Markets Advisory and ensures that the core areas of focus are reflected in the plans and agreed by the business.

Assist the Markets Advisory business line Marketing Director in developing and maintaining content for team web pages, as well as helping teams to grow their social media footprint.

Work alongside in-house PR, creative and digital teams to deliver marketing programmes that deliver measurable business value. Measuring the effectiveness of our budget spend and the delivery of tangible business opportunities is a key part of the role.

Be responsible for the timely delivery of client communications, including research material through dedicated activity, integrating where relevant into campaigns and programmes, and importantly tracking engagement.

Roles/ Responsibilities

  • Working collaboratively with the Markets Advisory Marketing Director and wider teams, manage the coordination, delivery and roll out of the agreed plans across all platforms.


  • Consult the business to design and create targeted marketing assets and collaterals for different direct and online touchpoints throughout the customer journey for identified target audiences and product groups.


  • Implement and amplify thought leadership, adjusting strategy and content to the market needs to improve brand performance.


  • Create strategic content, including direct and online marketing, development of collateral, case studies, social media posts, organising customer events, and create videos with a storytelling approach. Much of this would require execution support from our off-shore marketing team who you would work directly with.


  • Close collaboration with the wider EMEA Markets team, as well as the UK Marketing team, including Creative, Digital and our external agencies


  • Comprehensive, planning, analysis and reporting of key activities.

    B2B marketing experience with a focus on digital and content marketing.


  • Knowledge of the CRE market would be beneficial - but not essential.


  • CRM, marketing automation, web analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools).


  • Customer- and market-driven orientation with proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.


  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences.


  • Demonstrated strong listening, information gathering and skills for uncovering and defining deliverables, needs and outcomes.


  • Experience creating and implementing proven successful demand creation and lead nurturing programs.


  • Team player with cross-functional project leadership skills, collaboration.


  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast- paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organisational requirements.


  • Experience in a global marketing ecosystem.


  • Skills:
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.


  • Interpreting business line objectives into marketing objectives.


  • Conceptual skills to develop a common campaign model.


  • Experienced in copywriting, proofreading, and editing with a good eye for detail.


  • Can help direct the content and creative required for demand creation.


  • Exceptional project management skills within an agile methodology.


  • Experience managing stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to agreed deadlines.
