Join us and take your career one step ahead as you make a tangible difference in the industry., + Lead the entire marketing activities in UK&I - manage local resources and budgets efficiently + Develop and oversee execution of integrated, comprehensive regional marketing plans that align with sales strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth + Guide and evolve integrated marketing initiatives from design through successful execution. Initiatives can include - but are not limited to: + o ABM o Email campaigns o Paid and social media o Virtual and in-person events o Content development o C-level engagement programs Work closely with the local sales teams, as well as with the EMEA marketing management and global marketing peers to define and execute effective plans Work together with Channel Sales Leadership to optimize joint marketing programs with channel partners; utilize MDF to fuel growth initiatives Build and maintain a strong, productive interlock with key constituents in Sales and Marketing to ensure agreement on priorities, adjusting as required

  • Create effective lead generation programs, to grow net new sales pipeline aligned with product launches and regional sales needs
  • Measure and report out on all campaign results and budget management effectiveness and ROI

    Marketing Education and/or BA - an advantage
  • 5-7 years in a Field and or Partner Marketing role with demonstrated success managing results
  • Previous marketing experience from a security company - a significant advantage
  • Strong executive presence when meeting with all levels inside and outside the organization
  • Understanding of latest marketing techniques and demonstrated success implementing them
  • Proven ability to leverage the reach of channel partners to deliver pipeline and revenue growth through joint programs
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a highly professional, positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Proactive in anticipating needs and consistently demonstrate a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to successfully navigate a matrixed organization to build strong relationships within the entire organization
  • Outstanding written communication skills and compelling public speaking ability
  • Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce & Marketo as advantage)
  • Fluency with Saleforce.com and ability to access and interpret data to make actionable recommendations.
  • Competitive analysis and account mapping experience - an advantage
  • Excellent budget management discipline focused on measuring and optimizing marketing campaigns and initiatives to ensure activities are effective, innovative, efficient, and generate ROI
  • Innate passion for motivating colleagues and sales peers and stakeholders to make meaningful contributions to the business and consistently drive value for their stakeholders
  • Dedicated and ambitious person with inspiring personality, excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple activities at once
