Full Job Description

We're looking for a Field Performance Manager to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team, Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us What will you be responsible for? Integrated Metering Alliance (IMA) is the team that provides new and replacement meters, water saving initiatives and develops new ways to better service Anglian Water's customers. As a Field Performance Manager, you'll be working within the Metering team, supporting them in managing the day-to-day operations across a number of programmes within the Norfolk area. You will be performance managing your teams, sharing best practice through coaching and continuous improvement ensuring your team are working safely at all times. Working closely with Programme Managers and Schedulers to organise, support and manage field resources, you will ensure efficiency and effective execution of work in a cost effective and productive manner to achieve objectives. In addition, you will implement, monitor and achieve targets for customer satisfaction, quality and outputs. Your day to day will include:

  • Ensure the day-to-day organisation and planning of labour and resources to ensure a safe and efficient delivery of schemes
  • Ensure all Health & Safety legislation is complied with and investigate any quality issues that may arise and facilitate a resoultion
  • Attend site meetings with the client whilst ensuring costs and risks are mitigated
  • Supporting the metering management team

    Experience within the water industry
  • NRSWA Supervisor, IOSH Managing Safely or SSSTS tickets
  • Full driving licence
  • Knowledge of CDM legislation and the Traffic Management Act
